New Horizon Center's Licensed Clinical Social Worker coordinates
information with therapists and teachers to enhance communication and
continuity of care in the home. Our Social Worker helps families cope
more effectively and navigate the maze of community resources.
The Social Worker also serves as the QMRP (Qualified Mental
Retardation Professional) for the Adult Developmental Training Program.
