NHC Wheelchair Clinic offers students the opportunity to be evaluated and fitted for new wheelchairs and mobility equipment within the school setting. Students are also seen for repairs and adjustments as needed. Physical Therapists work with students to evaluate their functional level and mobility needs. This clinic allows students to receive their new wheelchair, or have repairs made right on campus.

Our Orthotics Clinic provides students with the opportunity to be measured for new braces and be fitted here at school. Physical Therapists evaluate student’s needs and custom made braces can be molded by an orthotist at the clinic. Students then receive new braces in approximately two weeks. Braces can be adjusted or replaced according to the student’s needs/growth.
