Before an adult can attend New Horizon Center’s Adult Program, the following must be in place: 

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have the diagnosis of developemental disbalities
• Have prior screening by the inividual's local PASS agency before enrollment; funding must be established
• Not display any maladaptive behavior that would be harmful to self or others
• Have guardianship established
